      New town and skiing

      ... or just has the same name... The drive up it was pretty crazy, it was a little bendy road up the side of the mountain. It went past a waterfall which was mostly frozen over and was very impressive. We also took a gondola there to the top of the mountain from where we were practicing but we didn't ski down because it looked very steep! We have our rental stuff for another day so I think we are going up another slope tomorrow to give that a shot.

      ... picnic spot and had
      tables and chairs under a large wooden structure. It had flowers and water
      features in it and even had glass ashtrays on the tables. It was just extremely
      wonderful to see such pride. I can just imagine how long this kind of thing
      would last in todays yob ridden UK!!!

      everything you see is made and built to perfection. The streets are spotless and
      the towns are done up in wonderful colours with fountains in the middle of
      roundabouts etc. it really is a beautiful country.
      I always remember Slovenia being rather flat and the roads lined with trees
      which hide the scenery. Well, today was certainly not flat by any means, in fact
      I don't think there was a single flat mile in the whole journey.

      ... all the other passengers onto a train. Ryan was still a little worried about being on the right train so we asked the train steward who confirmed it was going to our destination. We left the stop at the correct time according to our schedule but then stopped at an unmarked station for half an hour. Then I started freaking out that maybe we were on the wrong train.
