Last on reception made our stay. She was so friendly and helpful, went out of her way to fix any problems we had. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and free bottles of water. We were located in the hillside bungalows but only 2 minutes to beach and restaurants. Room was big, bright and nicely decorated.

Was great place to stay. We chose the bungalows over the road from the beach for 500 BHT per night. We got it slightly cheaper staying 6 nights. A beautiful white and orange dog seemed to live out the front of our bungalow and would visit the bars with us, wait with us, then return us home. We loved this seeing we were missing our own dog back home. Good food! Relaxing place to chill out. Good location and fantastic beach.

... some great lounging and snorkeling, including a trip to Shark Bay where Hugo had seen some sharks and turtles earlier in the week. Regrettably at that particular beach, the visibility wasn't great, but we still had a great day. We also grabbed an amazing roadside lunch at a little makeshift restaurant. After we'd had our fill of Ao Leuk and Sai Daeng beach, Hugo surprised us with a trip to the top of a mountain to enjoy beers at ...

... Thailand and then my speedboat to take me the island of Ko Tao. When were done booking, we had a few hours free time so decided to go the the huge Bangkok mall (MBK Center) so I could get my new GoPro. Slight amusement came to me when the SAME Tuk-Tuk driver from the last time in Bangkok with Milo that offered to take us to a ping pong show and wanted us to stop at a tailor shop offered to take Jasmine and I to our destination. He of course didn’t remember me but ...

    Thai Islands, Thailand

In November 2011, I had been to Phuket and Koh Phi Phi islands on the Andaman Ocean side, or the west side of mainland Thailand. This time, I decided to explore the Gulf of Thailand on eastern side of Thailand by traveling to Koh Samui and Koh Tao. As I was getting off the boat onto the idyllic Thai island of Koh Samui, I realized that the crowd about to embark onto the boat was much larger than the one getting off. A 20 minute pounding ...

In the evening we went for dinner and took a walk along the sandy beach. There are a lot of bars on the beach front with music playing. We saw an incredible fire Show!
