    Perfect stay

Last on reception made our stay. She was so friendly and helpful, went out of her way to fix any problems we had. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and free bottles of water. We were located in the hillside bungalows but only 2 minutes to beach and restaurants. Room was big, bright and nicely decorated.

    Would stay here again

Was great place to stay. We chose the bungalows over the road from the beach for 500 BHT per night. We got it slightly cheaper staying 6 nights. A beautiful white and orange dog seemed to live out the front of our bungalow and would visit the bars with us, wait with us, then return us home. We loved this seeing we were missing our own dog back home. Good food! Relaxing place to chill out. Good location and fantastic beach.

Our next stop for our final week was Ko Pha Ngan, where I'd been recommended a secluded beach away from the craziness of the Full Moon parties. The only way to get to the beach was via a little boat, and they insist on waiting until there are a few people to make the journey worthwhile. They also make you jump out of the boat into the knee deep …

... together and we must of been on Skype for nearly two hours, was nice for Matty's mum to finally hear all about our adventure from Matty and I think she enjoyed listening and seeing him. We were that they were celebrating both our birthdays with white mice, vegetable crisps and cake.... All three are some of our favourite things. They seemed to be having a good time together and that was nice to see :) After Skype we figured it was time for sleep as it was about 2am our ...

... we ended up in fishbowl... more drinks were bought, although no more buckets thank god. They have a lot of fire shows out here and some you can join in with. One of these was fire skipping... When you're drunk fire skipping seems like a great idea. Especially when over people are doing it so well. So I ran in, fell over in the fire straight away and then ran back out. Krystal then had a go, did amazingly and then bloody cartwheeled out! We then thought it would be a ...

... different and amazing. Unfortunately we didn't come across a school of barracuda because if we had we could've shined our torches onto other fish for them to eat. We did however see a sleeping turtle, which sleeps in the same spot every night. We also did some natural navigation aka swimming off and back again in the dark. I really enjoyed the night dive especially seeing the sleeping white rock turtle. ...

... looking up at the sun. Felt amazing when I got back on the boat, I nearly didn't do the dives this morning but I am so glad that I have done them. Has really helped with my confidence and means that I am keen to do some more diving in the future. I finally have started to feel that I have earned my Open water certification. Feeling much better now, proud even :) Now I can buy a Big Blue t-shirt and wear it with ...
