... br> According to our information, Koln was approx 95% destroyed diluting WWII. So most of the city has been built or rebuilt since 1945. However, it seems the church was not among the casualties.

... to transfer to our train so had to wait until 9am to get our first coffee in Mainz. Mainz has a nice Hauptbahnhof with all of the regular shops like McDonalds, Starbucks and Ditsch, which sell Bretzels and coffee. We weren’t keen on spending a Euro each to use the toilets, so we waited until we caught our connecting train at 9:30am to Bonn.
