... to see Seattle Mariners take on the Houston Astros at the very impressive Safeco Field here in Seattle. The programme informed us that the Mariners' pitcher tonight had an ERA of 2.57 whilst their star hitter had a batting average of .328. Me neither, but we enjoyed the game even though the home side lost 5-2. At least two of the Astros' runs looked offside, though.

The Columbia delivered us safe and sound to Bellingham, Washington. Denny and I estimated that we traveled about 1,210 miles aboard the Alaskan ferry system. And loved every minute of it. What an adventure!
