... by the time we returned to street level, followed by a couple of hours relaxing in the apartment and catching up with things on the now working laptop. Once again we went to Jalan Alor to eat on Thursday night. Again the food was delicious, particularly the spicy Nonya style prawns. With an early start in prospect for Friday we had time for just one last Tiger at the “Magnificent English Fish and Chips Bar” before heading back to the hotel.

Dominik schloss sich unserer Stadterkundungsroute spontan an und so verbrachten wir den Rest des Tages zu dritt. Zunächst stand der Merdeka Square auf dem Plan, der uns mit seinen historischen Bauten gut gefiel.
