    ... We also spent some time with John's uncle, Keith Adkisson, and his wife Hazel in Cocoa Beach and had the opportunity to meet Hazel's daughter, Teresa, who visited from Maryland.     ... lobster salad and creme brulee. Interesting and good fun. The chef spoke well and made the demonstration enjoyable and informative. 'Free time' around the pool but it was pretty windy so not really possible to read. A bit of sun bathing but you had to hang on to lose personal items. Saw some hugely fat people i swim suits AND bikinis. Revolting. Lunch in the buffet area. Lots of nice salads and cold cuts for me but the boys and John ate hamburgers, pasta, ...

    The beaches here are like a giant parking lot at low tide, which makes for ideal walks and bike rides.
