The first few nights in alaska i spent over at my friends walts house but he lives about 10 miles outside of town and it would be impossible to hitch hike out that way at midnight or 1am so I was forced to go set up my tent last night. I puchased a new sleeping bag and it proved nice and toasty and i didnt feel cold at all which is ...

... to homer Alaska. stop and think about that for a moment. think about all that time cooped up in airliner seats and trapped under the fluorescent of various airports across the globe. think about all of the security checks and ******** that is part and parcel to airline sucked. the only good part of the journey was my 12 hour layover in Korea. yes it was a 12 hour layover but there were free showers and free wifi and just a really nice lounge area where ...
