... this close we sleep to the beach and/or this soundproof are the rooms. The breakfast with sea view tastes more than ever and it has a kind of relaxing effect to have breakfast at the beach. We zitten dus eigenlijk ...

... to shore on the sand. We had a lovely lunch at a beach restaurant. It was our first Thai food in Thailand (we ate at the Uzbekistani restaurant at the hotel the night before, which was also delicious) and it was fantastic. ... to get ourselves out to the James Bond Island and paddle around it. After a good exploration of the nearby cliffs we headed back in and spent a nice relaxing half hour, enjoying the white sands and crystal clear waters. We had thought the beach near our hotel a tropical paradise - we were wrong as we were standing in one at that moment in time. It was fabulous. The only thing missing was some woman eating a Bounty. We headed home then, the boat dropping us ...

Evening time we hit a really nice restaurant owned by an Aussie who had travelled heredecided to stay. Nine years later, he has a native girl and of course the cutest kid, who kind of comes with the furniture, darting around you as you have your food. A burger to die for and good company of course, it was going to be a chilled evening until tomorrow. Hello 4000 islands
