    Sunny and 58 degrees. We had to turn on the furnace today as we are getting closer to Canada and moving away from the equator. Greeted to MacDonald's coffee and breakfast sandwich compliments of Jim. One of the perks boondocking in the Walmart Parking Lot.     ... out of the Visitors Center we go - blowing right through a stop sign right in front of a Connecticut state highway patrolman. As I was leaving the Rest Stop I saw neither the sign nor the officer. I simply completed my turn and looked into my rear view mirror to an explosion of red and blue lights!
    Yikes! What did I do? I just was at a Rest Stop and 20 seconds earlier or later, our paths would never have crossed. The terrible "oh ****" feeling ...
