The last week
... for most of us it went along the lines of "I have 5 people in my family, I like apples, I love china etc" however we could all see how much everyone has improved in the last 2 weeks. ... it's hard to find time to write blogs and check emails so I'm a bit behind on that. It was time for our first sailing lesson. Everyone was so excited to see where we were going and to start sailing. We all hopped on a bus and drove about 30minutes away from the campus, here we arrived at a larger beach that had beautiful golden sand. The Party
I can't tell you how amazing it is to wake up in a place like Weihai. I think I might actually love it here. Before we could go to the beach though we had to take part in an orientation with the rest of the people on the course and then do 2 hours of our mandarin. After the introductions the Chinese teacher informed us that she will no longer be speaking any English to us and from now on to only talk in mandarin, which is good because hopefully we will pick the language ...
