This hotel is fantastic. I was traveling to Thailand for my 21st Birthday and had heard great reviews about this hotel.

I traveled with my boyfriend and another couple, on our arrival the other couple were put downstairs and us upstairs. there room was a lot better and I was a little upset that they had the better room and it was my birthday. I went and told reception and without any hassle they changed us to a downstairs room that was also set up for a honeymoon and it was lovely.

The pool, the staff, the service were wonderful I could not fault if I wanted to. Right in the middle of all the action, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 to Bangala night strip.

This hotel is great if your looking for something very central, great service and a really nice hotel, looks better than a lot of other 3 star hotels in Patong :)

The only advise I have to make your stay a little better ask for a downstairs room, which have a separate rainforest shower, the upstairs rooms have the shower and toilet together and the shower Is not great.

I went to the night market which is dominated by the restaurant "Mario" which has a chain spread in Patong. A stall exposing fresh vegetables (lettuce, carrots, cherry tomatoes, hood, onion, capsicum, corn, broccolini, etc ...). With a euro and a half I filled a Styrofoam container that ...

... amongst the trees and the monkeys, I had made it to paradise!! The weather was not looking too crash hot so I decided to check out the town and tour the island. It was a tourist mecca...westerners everywhere, munching down on burgers drinking beer and getting tats. Despite it being low season the island was jam packed with island hopping backpackers. Feeling a bit isolated in my bungalow I headed out for some nightlife and ran ...

Or sitting out on the terrace and enjoying the cooler evening air and the very tiny or bigger blood suckers are on you in a second. You feel it only when it's too late, the suckers are finished and you feel the sting and then the annoying itching.

So now, every morning we use repellent we bought at a local store ...
