This hotel is fantastic. I was traveling to Thailand for my 21st Birthday and had heard great reviews about this hotel.
I traveled with my boyfriend and another couple, on our arrival the other couple were put downstairs and us upstairs. there room was a lot better and I was a little upset that they had the better room and it was my birthday. I went and told reception and without any hassle they changed us to a downstairs room that was also set up for a honeymoon and it was lovely.
The pool, the staff, the service were wonderful I could not fault if I wanted to. Right in the middle of all the action, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 to Bangala night strip.
This hotel is great if your looking for something very central, great service and a really nice hotel, looks better than a lot of other 3 star hotels in Patong :)
The only advise I have to make your stay a little better ask for a downstairs room, which have a separate rainforest shower, the upstairs rooms have the shower and toilet together and the shower Is not great.

... one of the employees climbs into the cables of the parachute to steer. "F that", Cody and I say to each other. We walk on the boardwalk back to our hotel. Every 6 feet we have to say no thank you. "You eat here, very good food....no thank you", "happy hour, only 80 Baht...no thank you", "hellooooo massaaaaaage....no thank you", "tuk tuk (mini taxi).....no thank you". We always continue walking. A man approaches Cody and shakes his hand. "What's your name? You need suit? Only look, ...
... and more Muay Thai in the afternoon. On Tuesday I did Muay Boran (old Thai self defence art) which i really liked and MMA (mixed martial arts) class. I was again very nervous about MMA as there were only big muscly men there and one minute before the class, I was ready to flee. But the instructor turned up (big and muscly as well), welcomed me and reassured that they won't kill me. Thankfully there was another girl to pair me up with, but my neck was killing me the next day so I had ...
... under a sun umbrella and it was funny until staff advised us to move as it was not safe. So we ran to the nearest shelter and waited out the storm. Once we set back out it was time to go home. A few minutes later we were back at the marina. All finished! Wonderful day. I am now soooo sunburnt and didn't even realise. I passed out very quickly and slept very well with a cold face cloth on my forehead! GREAT ...
... wooden chopsticks for some ridiculous overpayment of like 340,000 vnd (17$), and Ana bought a nice knitted stuffed elephant for like 100,000 vnd (5$). For comparison sake, I bought two tourist T shirts for 120,00 VND in the hanoi old quarter - like 7$. Also saw the snake wine for sale - basically rice wine with a dead cobra in it. People drink that, and it is crazy.
Got a look in the air at Singapore. Neat skyline, and you can tell it ...
