... I can’t imagine taking a young child to it—way too complicated and busy. Back home and Cladia was still there cleaning. Neighbor Jackie came by for me and we went up to Bob’s to see what all we might have to do before Sat progressive dinner. He has a lot to do-clutter everywhere. Cladia will clean his place Sat, but she cannot and should not have to deal with his clutter. Nothing Christmassy so we will have to come up with something. ...

I enjoy being in Oregon and I am, as always, reluctant to leave, and yet I am anxious to get to my son James in Costa Mesa Ca for a few days.

So today we opted for Salem and a historical tour of the witch trials. Upon arriving the town
was (unsurprisingly) nothing like I was expecting, no small, quiet and eerie village still living in ...

... the hotel, with a stop to say hello to Karole. It was actually 40 degrees today so enjoyed the walk. Tonight we plan to walk to the Chart House. When we stayed here the first time we had a wonderful dinner there so have saved it for our last night. We were there early, about 7:10, and no seats so made reservation for 8:30 and walked back to Faneuil area to window shop. It is about 38 degrees and not too bad for walking. Met a cop friend in first store we ...
