Not many beach goers at this hour but we did see one or two people out, believe it or not. There was a dog laying on the pavement sound asleep. By the time we got down to the house, Fabrizio and family were just finishing up and heading to the beach. The Tetts were heading to the grocery store to pick up a few things and Rob and I stayed back so I could learn to make something called "susumedi" (spelling unknown!!!). My mom used to make these and I can't find anyone at home that makes this very old, traditional dessert. It ...
