... men to finish it and it took 38 years! After touring the church, we got the rental (Mercedes!) and drove 1.5 hours to a town near the start of the Mosel river. Tomorrow we will visit a castle and some small, German towns. It's warm and muggy today but sunny. We ate a delicious German lunch and a yummy Italian dinner! Go figure. Cheers to all in ...

We got to explore the little village of St Goar and went to Beer Stein, Cuckoo Clock and Birkenstock shops. After quite a simple dinner, we went ...

... mix of wide open paths, where we could fly along, or thin paths full of pedestrians, and barely enough room to pass another cyclist in the other direction. Sometimes we would drift along at about 3km/h behind an elderly couple strolling along, just because there was no room to pass them. Another case is where they are deaf and can't hear the ding of our bells. At these times you just drop down to sub-light speeds and enjoy the scenery. The number of "space ...
