          ... stone fireplace that had a thick medal plate fastened just above several burning logs. This was a demonstration on the cooking of ereba, a tortilla like food made out of the root of the yucca plant. It was lain flat on the grill and turned once to cook the ereba to a crispy texture that went good with a salsa dip.           Tomorrow we have to be up at 5am to catch the first ferry, so we packed and had an early night. Taylor and MC are also going to Leon tomorrow and we are staying in the same hostel so we will catch up with them there but we had to say goodbye to Megan as she is heading off to Columbia!
