    ... grass of the middle of the road. We had already passed him, but Jonathan saw it in the rear view mirror and then it appeared that he was going to get back on the road! Scary - we thought he might be drunk or something, so called the police in case he did decide to get back in the road and cause an accident.     After a final walk around Key West to some of the famous tourist spots - Hemingway's house, end of Hwy A1A, and a picture at the Southern Most point in the continental US (just 90 miles to Cuba), we hit the road north. A stop at Biscayne Bay NP was a nice stop, and again we seemed to have the park to ourselves.     Today the car didn't leave the hotel parking lot! We found a nice hotel - The Southernmost Hotel - located at the end of Duvall and South Street. We decided to walk the 1.8 miles through town to get to the marina where the Yankee Freedom was waiting to take us the 70 miles to the most isolated National Park - Fort Jefferson within the Dry Tortugas NP.     ... made the experience even more enjoyable After a few hours in the park we headed for Key West. It is actually and long and somewhat slow drive to the Southern most point in the continental US.     ... slices of cheese pizza, just to get my money’s worth. And Cheryl cleaned up on the popcorn, too. (One of her favorite snacks.)

    Well, it was a nice day again. The weather was great and this is one of the nicest evenings yet. Tomorrow we plan to head to Daytona Beach again to tour the Daytona International Speedway and also a chocolate factory tour at the Angell and Phelps Chocolate Factory.
