    Greetings one and all. We had a little scare this morning with our air conditioner. I awoke last night around 1:30 AM and the fan was running, but the air coming out of the ducts wasn't very cold. It is unusual for the A/C to run steady much after dark so I got up to see what might be wrong. I didn't figure it out and tossed and turned for the rest of the night imagining the worst.

    After asking the usual questions, Cheryl ordered a salad with blackened Mahi Mahi. I had a chicken sandwich that was like no other I have ever had. It was very good. One of the sides they offer is hushpuppies. My sandwich came with one on the side and it was fantastic. I have had hushpuppies before and never really had any I really liked that well. The chips cool slowly along a cooling unit that takes 20 minutes to gradually chill them to 50 degrees.
