Went to Bank of America to change some AUD into US but they only do it if you hold an account with them. Tried a couple of exchange places but the best rate I got was 88 cents to the dollar. The guy at the bank suggested I use my Visa card and get a cash advance from an auto teller when I get to Mexico as this will probably give me the best rate. I’ll check out the exchange rate when I get to Mexico City and decide what to do then.
