... a cheese tray(parmesan, gorgonzola, etc). and salumi--mixed cold cuts: salami, the prosciutto. And the bread---oh, the bread! We couldn't call it a day without some gelatto to top ourselves off!

By 6:00 pm we're back on a train headed home to Bologna. Sunday we are headed to Milano to visit with our very first Italian ...

i think today the stagiaire got promoted to domestique as David is finding his legs.
