... Kaya and I walked through all the exhibits and the stalls. By three o'clock, I was scheduled to work at the ice cream booth scooping ice cream! We were scheduled from 3-7,and as I walked into the booth, it just started to drizzle! What a way to dampen the mood! :) it was so daunting at first getting used to all the different things that needed to be done! We had to scoop like 10+ flavours of ice cream, 3 flavours of soft serve, sundaes, milk shakes, ...
... train wreck that still laid as is from the incident. The trains were covered in graffiti and mountain bike trails that went over them. We checked out the huge mountain biking park that was beside the chair lift that took your bike up. The vibe and energy of Whistler was awesome because everyone was riding there mountain bikes around and trying different ways of riding like downhill, uphill, parks ...
I received an email a couple nights ago about my next contract! I'll be on the Sapphire Princess from November 23-30, the week of American Thanksgiving!

Along the way we met a kayaker who has circling Moresby as well. He was a worker at the farm. Didn't really talk too long as he was in a small kayak and there was a bit of chop in the area we met.
Lots of good photos of the light marker and the boundary marker. There is a similar marker on Turn Point, and each serves as a reference point for the Canada-USA border.
The whole trip was 21.4 kilometers.
