... spend a few hours with them and we had supper at Outback together, then we had to leave.

... booking like I was doing earlier in the trip. I find the spot on the GPS the internet said the dawn service was to be held. As I arrive, I see stalls and large novelty letters saying "G'day" and kangaroo cuttings and the wooden construction that will obviously be the opera house. I cruised past seeking a car park. We are entering the Main Rhine Danube canal which links the North Sea with the Black Sea. We will descend 243 feet through 3 locks in order to cross the continental divide. Pope Benedict, last pope, was from Regensburg. Founded in 179 AD. Village of approx 150,000 people. BMW factory is here. 6000 roman soldiers were stationed here. Everything north was barbarians.
