Fortunately, everything was on time for our flight home today. We took a taxi to Charles De Gaulle and departed right around 12:30pm. Our 8.5 hour flight to Washington, DC was fairly smooth (except for a little turbulence upon our descent). From there we went straight to Cypress Trail Rides. We had given the kids the choice of travelling to another US State or doing more horse riding - this was their choice - no complaints from us of course!

... Jalapeno icecream that was a free sampler in the souveneir shop, I picked up a recipe book to read which had some swamp and local dishes, the one that caught my eye was bear stew.
