    With much sadness we have to take our friend Barry Gersch to the airport so he can go back to the "real world". Barry is an airline pilot for Southwest Airlines and is based out of Las Vegas. He was able to schedule a flight from Syracuse, NY to make his trip to Las Vegas. We have a courtesy car from the marina and we headed to the airport to drop Barry off.

    Today was a throwback! We started the day by driving to Pittsford, NY where Adam grew up and knocking on the door of his neighbor across the street, the Haleems.     ... had just called his office that morning and was told, “24 to 48 hours” again. I was not pleased, but thought of the cost of a new a/c unit, and that it would only cost me a deductible charge, and that it would only take an hour or so to install a new unit once the OK was given… and he might be there that afternoon… Oh, well… Lacey and I got in the Jeep and went sightseeing.
