Atlantic City was the last stop on our loop back to fly out from New York. We stayed the night at a Casino Hotel.....weird place!

The morning was spent down on the boardwalk and beach. A tractor type machine rakes the beach to clear the debris of the night before.

The past few nights have been emotional ones. Jessie and I have tried to fight off many tears saying all those goodbyes to all the ones we love here in Philadelphia and New Jersey. The tying tight of loose ends surely came down to the wire as many of things in my life do. It was tough saying 'see ya later' to the k9 companions that made the beat around the city with me almost every day for a year, knowing that I can't catch up with them or try to skype ...

... stop we went to was the Signer's Walk. The Signer's Walk was the Founding Fathers Walk of Fame. The next stop was the Liberty Bell. The liberty bell is the quintessential icon of American freedom. When the Liberty bell cracked the 2nd time the bell hasn't rung ever since. The next stop ...

... my way back down to AC with Nick for Cody's bachelor weekend along with a bunch of Gups and we had another very entertaining weekend. Highlights included discovering a Jason Aldean/Florida-Georgia Line concert in town and getting tickets as well as an after-midnight dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe afterwards. All in all both trips were lots of fun and we all made a lot of memories ...

I purchased a travel notebook and I will be writing up entries in there before I type them and submit them here.

Packing was a challenge, but I've managed to make everything fit into one large suitcase, one duffel bag, and my laptop bag. Here's hoping the airline won't lose my luggage. I'll be in Switzerland this weekend in the Bradenburg Alps and my first day of classes is on Thursday. I'll be posting after that.

    Ciao.
