... a spot on the sand away from the kiddies and mullets...pretty good time.
Had a dolphin swim within 15 feet of me, probably due to our perfected dolphin and mermaid calls (I had nothing on Brad and Katīs--but it worked).
We had no idea what we were getting into.
But this seems to be the only place on earth that serves Busch Beer in bottles--worth the price of admission.
... our girlfriend time with walks on the beach, minature golf and good seafood dinners. St. Andrews Bay was a favored area to go for a dinner on the water; great view and ocean breezes. Destin was advised as a place to see because it is a charming seaside community. I went on a Dolphin Cruise aboard the Hannah Marie. A lot of birds, gulls and pelicans, came for food but we saw only 4 dolphins diving through the waters; not a great ...
Panama City,, Florida, United States francie... before sunset--it had been raining but it only sprinkled a little while we walked. The beach reminded me a little of The Outer Banks--houses only, no condos or high-rises. The beach itself is quite beautiful--white sand.Dinner was at the Blue Parrot--a restaurant (maybe the only one open?) on St. George Island. We ate outside on the porch overlooking the ocean. I had Fried Oysters, which were very good; Larry had grouper & scallops--skimpy portions.
St. George Island, Florida, United States bdodson... 2 eyes shining back at us in the dark of night. We found a gator! We threw marshmallows out into the water for him to come closer. Who knew they liked the fluffy treats? We went further into the park and took a walk along the shoreline in an area where there are jetty's; they call it the bathtub. It is an area where people snorkel during the day. Then we walked over a ...

The only replacement is a pontoon, which isn't the best for casting. But nothing stops dedicated fishermen/women. There's enough fish for dinner! No suprise.
Panama City, Florida, United States kupdegra... to fish. Lew gave me my first rod...a Wright & McGill. And he tried to teach me how to cast. At the age of 6 I was practicing in his yard. I think my brother Skip was hooked at birth. My younger brother Scott also became addicted. So addicted that he now lives on a trout stream, the Sinnemahoning Creek in Driftwood, PA. Skip taught ...
Panama City, Florida, United States kupdegra... water! My buddy was 2 meteres below me at the time (iīm approximating, I forgot to measure how far he was below me at the time). There was no way I was swimming down to get him, instinct kicked in and I went up. I didnīt drown, it was my first of two dives that day and I didnīt want to waste money. The significance of this photo is that the restaurant doesnīt sell Pizzas, its obviously compulsory to look like an idiot too! After my īnear death ...
Panama City, Florida, United States alanbruce... The quality and value of a Tiffin is much better than many other RV brands. The people in the RV parked next to us at 'Camp Allegro' had the most precious little Bijon named Lilly that I would have loved to have. Ever since losing Lika, I have to get my 'pet fix' by petting everybody else's dogs. Don't forget that if you click on any of the photos, you can see them all larger and as a slide show.

However, the FL vet told me that the murmur was really bad and she needed to be on medication. I had also asked about Lika's incontinence (I was putting diapers on her at night when she slept on my bed). So he gave me the heart and incontinence pills, which I started to give to her. Unfortunately, two days later, she started having very bad seizures, that didn't stop, even though ...
Vernon, Florida, United States chictravelers2... Snapping Turtles about 15"-18" across, with tails almost the same length and some mean teeth (hence the alligator name), but he turned them all loose. During the week we were there, we polished the RV and did other chores, etc. Yes, even retired and riding around the country, there's still chores to do! Terry also had a semi-close encounter with a Cottonmouth Water Moccasin poisonous snake! I saw one of PJ's dogs barking and circling around something, but I ...
