... This time we chose the Quality Inn on the by-pass. It was late when we got in as the Atlanta traffic was chock a block. Who knows why?
This Quality Inn was not as nice as the one in Ohio but still satisfactory. We drove to our favourite dinner spot - Margueritas.

Arrived yesterday in the pouring rain. Had spent the day doing general store with grist mill in Helen. Did a great hike to Ruby Falls. Went on to Clayton. Visited the Main St Gallery but the right Folk Art wasn't there - some cute birds and a gourd turkey - but not quite right. ... another trip where we saw icicles hanging from all the rock cuts like beards on older men. Of course by now we were also seeing the ever present kudzu vine that cloaks everything. And, all of a sudden it did not look like winter anymore.
