Day Two of the trip but Day One w/ air conditioning! Thank you, Butch!, the best damn RV mechanic we've ever known. Travelled through VA, West-By-God VA, Maryland and into PA. Stopped for night at an RV park in Jonestown, (near Hershey). Decided to have one EOV for each state we passed through. Working on that right now. Hope there's enough wine. Rig runs beautifully but goes through diesel fuel like a drunken sailor. Getting less than 8 mpg now, but I guess when you factor in ...

... of Intercourse, PA......just so I could say the word Intercourse (ha twice!) in my blog!! Juvenile right?!?, I'm ok with that! Anyhow I actually have a story about the town and name if you click on the Intercourse (3 times lol) picture!! I had read about a Halloween parade that was happening that evening, on a Monday and in the dark. How odd is that? Well it sounded like fun so we ended up in Lititz, PA which was named by budget travel “The coolest small town in ...

... read the caption about the bridge and it says The 1859 Poole Forge covered bridge…It’s THE BRIDGE. Not only is it THE BRIDGE but I could swear, right there along the creek is THE LOG.

Thank you Dad for putting me here in Pennsylvania at this time, for nudging me to pick up that boring RV magazine at this time, and for letting me know that our time together and that log by the creek was special to you too. I love and miss you everyday!
