... much respect for their belongings. Their properties are perfectly manicured, their children are dressed immaculately and their live stock healthy and stronge. Bike riding was the perfect way to see the Amish communities, and they are so friendly. It was also a great way to show respect for their culture. When biking the country roads we had Amish people wave and greet us, we passed woman working in the gardens, men ploughing the fields, children ...
