... couple of hours later we were given our upgraded van - hmmmmm. Not so good in our eyes considering we'd specifically asked for a well researched RV that we knew would accommodate Ellie safely sleeping at night. Yes they gave us a bigger van (27ft instead of the smaller one we booked) but it had a huge double bed that Ellie could fall out of easily and Greg was not so happy about driving such a big van. Will gloss over the next hour of arguments ...
