... s super maintenance knowledge, she was tired of looking out the RV window and seeing streaking wiper blades when we have light rain.

I'm starting to get fascinated with Cattle Drives! I need to 'discover' something of historical interest on this trip, to go to the end of dusty roads and say 'I found it', something worth finding! Aha, I'm going to find the Chisholm Trail--we are going to put some on extra miles doing this.... stay tuned!

... Columbus as it's getting late and find a nice hotel Americas Best Value Inn, managed by a nice Indian girl from Surrey. At $78 it's the cleanest we've had for a while, she sold me some soap powder and so I washed & dried our clothes in the on-site laundry. Didn't go out to eat as had to keep going downstairs to feed the drier, actually it was very cheap, $1.50 machine & drier and only had to put one extra 1.50 in drier. TV and ...

So we are about 2 hours out of San Antonio........went through a lot of rain in Houston, saw a car sitting on top of the concrete center divider (that must of hurt).......so made it here safely, when we made it to the hotel we noticed that the other couple that travels to the other shows was staying here, they were coming from Atlanta......funny we ended up at the same hotel, so we had dinner together, and shared ...

... and eat something, then I was off again for lap 2. Still feeling good and riding a good tempo pace to hopefully ride till midnight. For lap three it was time for lights. I love night riding. I honestly ride better in the dark. Nothing to worry about except what's in front of me. No staring at the front tire or spacing out.
