Just Making Miles

A travel blog entry by yen-goossens on Jul 09, 2014

Not much to report today. We drove from Austin to Beaumont, Texas in just under four hours with only a ten-minute stop for tea and restrooms. Not that we're in a hurry, but Lulu planned it that way so we could watch the Netherlands play Argentina in the three 'o clock game (we're in Central time now) in our hotel room. We arrived at Gulf Coast RV Resort in Beaumont about 7pm and had to hook up in the dark, but we did and got everything inside settled. Now it's time for a good night sleep.
