    The morning was spent at the YMCA in Reston. We both got in fantastic workouts that morning and the facilities were fantastic. I have loved these YMCAs and if we settle somewhere one day I think a membership will be in order. We drove to Winchester, Virginia where we knew there was a good sports bar waiting.     ... the usual, we had our salad before the main meal arrived. What we would call main meals are called Entrées, while what we call entrées are Starters or Appetisers. While we were at the restaurant, the tables were quickly relaid as soon as guests left and new diners were seated. They would have done a great trade tonight.

    Rain looks to have cleared for the time being. Hope it continues as we plan to drive the Skyline Drive tomorrow.
