... the bus to the Corviglia for a run but we were having a lot of fun and there were such few people on the slope we decided not to waste time in a bus. We took our time going down the slope stopping to take photos when the clouds cleared momentarily and giving us spectacular views of the mountains and valley. ... the best as there was poor visibility and a bit of light snow. When we reached the bottom of the Diavolezza slopes and got off the train we realised that the main gondola was closed to poor visibility. We thought we could use the small slope with the ponylift but they wouldn’t turn it on for us.

... finally arrived back to the apartment we had a dinner, watched a movie and crashed on the couch!


The next morning it was time for us to saw goodbye to Northern Italy as we headed for the coastline region of Cinque Terra. Sondrio was very beautiful and part of Italy we hadn't seen or experienced, I think we had the right amount of time there especially since we could only really communicate with one or just sat there listening to them talk about us! ...
