We aimed to get going early and did but had a few hiccups on the way. We managed to cobble together enough coins to buy a day pass on the underground and made our way to where we thought another Laundromat could be. We eventually found it and assured ourselves it was still in business and made our way to the railway station.

Did our own self guided walking tour of the historic area. Past fountains, statues and majestic buildings, through ancient market squares, quirky streets, churches and the town hall, and into a brewery pub or two.
Came across the equestrian statue of the Prussian King, Friedrich Wilhelm III of Ehrenbreitstein Fortress fame.

Today we slept in and took our time. It was our lazy day.
We got up and had some breakfast. We ordered a beehive pastry and a quiche to share.

My plane to germany was huge, so I explaned to the flight attendant my situation and so for the last part of my flight and landing she moved me into business class to land so I can be the first person to get off the plane and onto my next flight. We landed and I ran as fast as my feet could go. I went straight to where they told me and it was ropped off, due to construction. So I asked where to go, no English, asked the next, no English.
