... legs. Repeat for other side and then clean. Discard the shell

In a large pot with two inches of water, steam the crab for 5-7 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

Sit down with some good music and remove the meat. Be patient and have fun.

Once completed place a spoonful of crab on the crepes and serve.

We sailed sedately out of the harbour, then a bit faster. Once we had cleared the shore waters, Al suggested we went a bit faster. Well, we were clinging to the seats after a minute or two as the boat shot across the water, leaping over the surface and slamming into the waves. Dropped into Little Qualicum Falls, but didn't walk down to have a look. A little further up the road we stopped at Cathedral Grove where there are very old Douglas Firs. A beautiful little walk, steam coming off the old logs and moss hanging from the trees.
It was a beautiful day, compared with the rain we had when we arrived the night before. Sun was out and temp ...
