Went for a walk down through the town for late brekky/lunch. Come back to hotel about 1300 and started to pack suit cases and get things organized for our journey up to visit Ricarda in Greifswald. Had a afternoon nap. Went down to bar at 1800 and caught up with Narelle n Gerrard from Darwin. Had tea with them in hotel and went back to their room until midnight. Great night ...

Off into Munich and Oktoberfest again to see it sober and look for lost n found for Go Pro n camera gear. No luck but there must have been at least 20,000 people there you could hardly move. No luck with lost n found and made a police report for insurance claim. Went back to train station and found a nice quiet pub for a snack and a few beers. Caught train back about ...

Today we took the train from Vienna to Kitzbuhel. We had to transfer trains in Worgl, & expected to have 16 mins to make the connections. Well ...

Once back I checked the dryer and it was done but most things were not yet dry. The clothes that were almost dry I took out to hang up in the closets. The rest I gave another 1/2 hour and they were mostly dry by that time. I also did the dishes and started packing. When the clothes were finally done, I got a Radler out of the fridge and joined the others on the balcony. We saw a pair of rabbits running around ...

A travel blog entry by suencraig on Sep 22, 2014

Flying from Dubai to Munich on an A380 and was checked in on the top deck. Was a 6 1/2hr flight with breakfast and lunch included. Made our way up to the bar and had 2 Heineken beers. Managed to get a Corona in Dubai and only at 1 place we went to. Bloody freezing here with about 11C. Lucky our room has heating. Booked into Oktoberfest for tomorrow with the Resort ...
