    ... incident in Nepal, we decided to give it a miss this time and opt for hiking overtwo beautiful days. The first hike was from Laubrenan to Wanger which was a steep 3.5 hour return trip in the scorching heat (25 degs so I may be exaggerating about scorching). The second hike was an early morning one to reach the highest point in interlaken, a mini-mountain called 'Harder Klum'.     So sad to say goodbye to Lake Como! Although if I had $5million ( and an expense budget of let's say $250k a year for staff etc) and could buy a second home anywhere in the world, I wouldn't pick here. BUT..I totally get why people would!!!! It is a beautiful part of the world and we are so glad we got the chance to visit it! Would recommend it highly for a visit!!! We LOVED Casa del Portico and would definitely stay there again! I did confirm it WAS the last place Mussolini ...

    ... to take some great pictures. After awhile we boarded another cog railroad and descended to another resort town, Grindelwald. Our bus then took us back to Lucerne. We then shared Farewell drinks with our group. Tomorrow we will leave our hotel at 7:30 and we will be driven to the Zurich Airport. Our flight is scheduled for noon.     ... the crust and sauce. They bake it first and then seem to just throw the ingredients you want on it. They aren't baked into the pizza. It and the salad were delicious.

    Back to our room and after a long day filled with many sights and even more special memories of 40 years ago in a simply gorgeous city, we both fell asleep.
