      ... patchwork and sown together so it covered all the hand rail. Then just before the entrance to the gorge was a playground with flying fox and other fun play equipment. Delightful walk to the gorge and then we were blown away by the beauty and spectacular work of the river that had carved through the rocks.       Swiss Chalet aside - those familiar with the Canadian and American "Swiss Chalet" chicken restaurants may understand T's aversion and horror when he was missing his Swiss comfort foods and first came across one of these in Canada and could not believe he had come across a true Swiss restaurant...

      This "Swiss Chalet" is the Lucerne one along Schweizerhofquai - didn't ask T what he thought of this one...

      ... to Grindelwald in the mountains. You can and hop off the train and look around at various little towns, maybe do a quick walk or gondola ride, and then go to the next little mountain town, get off and look around and keep going untill you get to the little town which is the last town before taking the Cable Car up/through the mountain to Jungrau. We stopped at Grindelwald and walked around slowly taking in the breathaking views and cute little village atmospheres. The next stop ...
