... started playing. They were actually pretty good. A quick trip to the supermarket to get stuff for breakfast tomorrow, and we're back at the apartment packing up. We get up at 6AM tomorrow (9PM the day before at home) to catch AirBerlin flight 7022 non-stop to LAX. Land at 12:15 California time. Estimated 11 1/2 hour flight. So, since we're on a 9 hour different sleep schedule, who knows how long we'll really be up before getting some sleep ...

Instead of paying €9 for a mediocre hotel breakfast, we decided to venture back to the Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood of Berlin for a European cafe outdoor dining experience.
