... sedimentary rocks are like compresses layers that flake. Many contain fossils of plants birds animals and fish. Some seem to be caught in action poses. It was difficult to believe they were real. They are so detailed. We got back to Henfenfeld to find steam trains about to depart and Stephanie and Marco starving. We went to a Greek restaurant and ate yiros salad and Cordon bleu. ... handy by being able to take us around to all the hotels in the vicinity. We ended up staying at a very comfortable place and after a lovely dinner at a local reataurant we tried our best to have an early night. I say tried as we did have a few drinks in the hotel bar... a great end to a busy day and no so early after all!
