... bok choy, roast pumpkin salad and baby corn And afterwards we had watermelon, blueberries and strawberries for dessert :-) Was such a delightful evening. Paul opened his beer barrel that he received as a gift from heidi and marc for his birthday too. The evening was spent talking, laughing and planning new adventures. Was so lovely. Everyone stayed until about midnight then the three of us chatted for a short time before completely crashing out. Another great day in Berlin ...

Tuesday 14/9/10, 11:19pm, Lieske family kitchen.

Didn't get a chance to write about yesterday so I'll do it now.

Firstly went to the neighbour's place to speak with him a bit. His name is Lota - the retired English teacher. It was pretty weird for me but it was interesting to see inside the house and to speak with him in normal conversational english and to talk about the language/s with someone who understands both.
