... grinders. Back in the car and onto our first A road journey, consistently 130km/h and you chew the kilometres up. We were in Graz at 2pm. Checked in and headed for the old town, just cross the River Mur, for some lunch. It was very hot in Graz too, mid 30's, and dead quiet. Sunday's in Europe are really quite, most places are closed or were only open for half a day. We walked the cobbled streets and large plaza before we sat at one of the few places open. After a few minutes we ...

So we're now on route to Ljubljana capital of Slovenia. Our 4th Capital city this trip and 8th country crossed. We're 6 miles short of 1500miles into our trip and it's been amazing so far. ... t understand what we were asking them, we found the ticket collection office. Once in the grounds, we pretty much walked around the whole circuit to assess where we'd get the best view of the track and screens from. We selected what we thought was a good spot and then processed to set up camp for the day. However, just as we were doing so, the heavens decided to open and we got absolutely drenched! Fortunately, Sophie had decided to buy a ...

Today was a lie in, (no alarm clock was bliss) and lazy morning kind of day. After having a slow get ready and chilled breakfast and pack up making session, we headed out to see what we could find. At first, we went to fetch money so we could pay for the hotel, as their machine didn't like our cards, and then headed out towards the river to find the funicular up the hill, and to see what else we can find.
Its safe to say that this is the place we ...
