    Further to my quick entry last night. It was a long day. Just have to tell you about the motor way or Autobarn ( know Jude and Dave have been on it) but for those of you who haven't, plus it was raining , how scarey Sooo many trucks , gave up counting in the end.     Hi all, still on the ship which moved 4 hours down river while we were out today. It's rained a lot up in the mountains today, so they are hopeful we will take off at 6.30am the water level has definitely risen and flowing a lot faster. It's certainly not Blue This Danube. They said it may even only have 10 centre meters to get thru so if all goes well we will sail and make up the time we have lost. Fingers crossed. ...

    ... streets and colourful arches, loads of colour everywhere and a huge festival being set up that we cycled around and ogled at how big it was. The town is also surrounded on all sides by canals so it looks like an island on the map.     70km, 13-22 deg, mostly cloudy with some very light rain, but insufficient to don the raincoats. We skipped brekkie at the hotel's bakery and went to have it at the bakery where Gunther's Mum used to work in Braunau, Austria. However it only sold sweet stuff so we had to search out a real bakery. Normally they are on every corner but we struggled to find one so we ended up in the deli section of a small supermarket.
