    ... before deciding it was time to head for our overnight destination of Celle near Hanover.
    We arrived after 8 hours on the road, having covered around 550 kms - over 400 of them on motorways.

    Dave got up earlier in the morning than Ann and Melody, that is normal. the plan for today is to rent a car, go shopping and relax; no real sight seeing.     ... that long. They were not told that our plane was delayed so he just waited. It turns out that our plane had mechanical problems.

    We then drive to Sehnde, the village that Martin and Benta live in, where we will be staying for the next few days. Benta has made us some tuna melts so we eat a bit and the go to bed. We have basically been up for 36 hours; about 30 of which have been in airports or planes.
