... area when we wanted one we carried on until we went through a town area with eating places and stores we came to a pub bar with food with parking outside. Geoff was in danger of being all over the road so we stopped here and he had a rest. Slept a short while. I read my book and rested. ... here. There are numerous orchards. We stopped at one today and sampled cherry everything. From cherry fudge to cherry salsa. Oh, we did leave with fresh cherry donuts in hand. Don't want to leave out that Wisconsin is the frozen custard capital in the US. We may have to roll ourselves home in 2 months. (But loving every minute of it) Life is ...

... this late in the season, but a very nice little pub in town, the Cornerstone, has been feeding me and keeping me entertained. The first night here I stopped in to get some food and sat at the bar next to an elderly woman. She turned out to be Linda, the unofficial 'mayor' of Baileys Harbor, who knows everyone and everything. She sort of took me under her wing that first night, telling me where to go and what to see and has checked in with me each evening ...
