    Yesterday I said that we would be following a 'boat route’ again today and that it would be shallower than yesterday and indeed it was, we quite frequently only had 0.6m under the keel – it certainly made me nervous as it wasn’t practicable to slow the boat right down just in case we ran out of water, as we had too far to travel though we did slow down by a knot or two on these occasions.
