      Great hotel with beautiful modern rooms. Some good shops around. Close to the airport. Somewhat far from the city. Ride on the bus then half an hour on the train. or 20 min taxi ride.

      Today was a weird day. I was planning on biking over to Djurgården, an island where the kings used to hunt. Now it is the home of Skansen, the open air folk museum/zoo and great running trails. But before that, I decided to go recycle my cans and bottles.       Almost all of the cousins were there...all of Lotta's, Birgitta's and Simon's children. We missed Lars' boys along with Tommy's son Fredrick and Margareta's son Clas. I hope they will enjoy seeing some of the photos that we took during the day.

      ... interesting and unique shops, while avoiding the hordes of tourists and tacky souvenir shops. A day and a half, though, is not nearly enough time to explore properly, but we made a pretty good go of it. We did quite a bit of wandering that first afternoon/evening, though the old town mostly.
