      ... went to check it out. Unfortunately there was a function on that day so we weren't able to have a sauna. We drove to the top of a hill to see the famous Kuopio tower and ski jumps, but the weather was so gloomy we couldn't see much.       Went for a walk around the shopping hub of Rovaniemi to have a snack before we headed out on our optional tour of a "Sami Experience". This was a great experience, interacting with local Lapp people, seeing and understanding their culture. Got to feed the reindeer and have photos taken with them.
