The next day we met up with even more friends and family at the original family farm where my great grandparents had lived and my FarFar was born. Even though I got stung by a thistle there while playing football (soccer) it was still pretty amazing to learn about my family history and see all the old (in a good way) ...

I started the day with a run since I have been very inconsistent in the past three weeks and I’m starting to worry about whether I can still do the Tararu Creek hill. The sun was low in the sky so it was a perfect time to take photos of Valdemars Slot, the castle on the edge of the village.

After breakfast, we borrowed Kirsten and Henning’s car and ...

... next door, the old museum is in a really old ****** looking building, there's no website for it, and the only reason I even found it was because someone on the Internet took a photo of it and tagged it with the address. Maybe it's closed permanently? But in each of the windows are lego displays from each major time period - right back to when the Lego brand was used to make wooden toys. In the windows from that late 80's and early 90's I saw some of the old sets ...
