Edmonton is the pits (UK Visa Dramas)
... hadn't. This time I took the package with me and walked up and down Caribou Street looking out for the van (given I saw every other courier service van driving around). Finally I saw a white truck down the alley way with a guy dressed in the red and yellow jacket. Success! I must had seemed a little stalkerish. But at last the package was on it's way. Funny thing it only took 3 days from sending everything to get our passports back containing our approved uk visas. Woo hoo!

London is never boring as Samuel Johnson once noted. But, as a place to visit, it needs to be approached in the same fashion as a person must approach a trip to any large, encompassing city - with some type of plan. Otherwise, I find that there is the tendency to become overwhelmed, lethargic and disarranged.

Flight to mexico
... get a bite to eat, security closed. Went to Timmy's for coffee (only thing open at 3am). Had coffee and a croissant. at 3:20, figured security would be open, or very close to. Guess what, not open yet. Stood in line and glad we did, as the line at security got quite long. Was right at the front. Security opened at 4am, got through again with no problems.
Sitting here, looking at the plane, waiting paitently to get on. Next update, later today from MEXICO!
