We are at Narita airport in Tokyo now. It was a very long flight. We boarded from Chicago at 10 am in the morning and we arrived at 3 pm. The sun hasn't set yet for us. We ended up leaving Denver almost 2.5 hours late. Impressively, we were only an hour late arriving in Tokyo. Despite having over 30 minutes to catch the next flight, United pulled our bags and rebooked us on a midnight flight. This was not terrible, certainly better than losing our luggage or having to handle the rebooking ourselves.
