This morning I woke and got ready to head down stair for a delicious breakfast. I tried the natto, it's natural and good for you, but plenty nasty. The hot spring egg is simple delicious in the sauce. At 10 am, Mr .Narita pick Yaling, her two kids and me up and head off to Oarari, a famous local place for seafood. I had a great night sleeping after switching to this new hotel. Woke up around 7:30 Am and went for a delicious Japanese breakfast. The offering include salad, assortment of vegetable and side dishes. There is also grilled mushrooms, miso soup. My favorite is the salty fish roe, it only goes well with rice. I am thoroughly impressed with The Japanese food that even the simplest ingredients such as red cherry tomato has a sweet taste to it. ...

... up Mount Takao. This route was surprisingly much better than the paved trail we took up last time, though we did have to let hoards of school children past which resulted in lots of konichiwas' and the odd hi or hello. This trail followed the stream and at one point even became the stream, but had lots of rocks to walk along, the whole walk up took an hour and a half ...

Well I survived that 10 hour flight to Tokyo. I guess it's actually Sunday because we crossed the Date Line but it impossible to say as its been light for hours -I won't see Saturday night. It's 01.15 in Brandon but 3 pm here. . A culture shock on JAL the attendants all have fixed smiles and they bow to you :) seats were a bit cramped but no DVT yet Now just a mere 3 hours until the flight to which gets in about ...
