    All in all, it was a bit hectic and as you can imagine there was a lot of togs on, togs off happening between swims.

    ... been having bad luck getting wifi at our hotels. Oh well... Earlier when we arrived, we all grabbed some thai food and walked down to the beach. For $1 each you got a nice lounge chair under a huge mess of umbrellas and a server, almost like a ghetto cabana on the sand.     ... was still about 32 degrees C. and humid. The hotel generally is not airconditioned - it is all open to the elements. Thank god my room has airconditioning so on it went and I part unpacked and went to bed - a very, very firm bed.

    Tomorrow we are being picked up at 6AM to drive to the GM plant - I need to get up, shower shave etc and have breakfast before that!

    ... back up for me.There is a place for the people to pray as the temple is full of differnt types of buddhas.
    The currency here is the Baht and 1baht =.30centsUS
    We thendrove to feed the elephants but didn't go for a ride. They eat bananas by the bunch and make a grunting noise like a honk. Their hide is like rough sandpaper but doesn't scratch. It is fascinately to watch their trunk work and how they lift the rider up onto their backs.
