The airport in Dubai, was very nice! One huge duty free shop. You name it you could buy it. The most popular shops were those selling chocolates made in the USA or Europe. I have never seen people buying so much chocolate - I mean hundreds of dollars worth. Who would have thought that a store would have an entire wall of just Kit-Kat's? All size bags and boxes. I guess US chocolates are a huge gift.

... little time! We get whiffs of frankincense, chamomile, saffron and bay. They all seem to coalesce and waft over our heads. We see shop after shop with tall sacks of herbs and spices, open and inviting our inspection. The sacks are a rainbow of colors with spectacular blues, oranges, purples, and reds.
